Paying it Forward from Effingham to Toombs County.

When a young boy’s Xbox was stolen, Lyons Police Department’s Matt Lynn posted about the crime. Effingham resident Ryan Norton answered the call: “It was a job that in less than 12 hours, we found a replacement for this little guys XBox 360 that was stolen. A huge thank you to Ryan Norton who donated the system and drove it here to Toombs County from Effingham County this morning.”
