ACSO Reports Drug Arrests

Sheriff Mark Melton and the Appling County Sheriff’s Office would like to report that on October 10, 2019 a search was conducted at Randolph Wrays’ residence located at 940 Burtell Road, Baxley, GA. As a result of this search and Wray selling controlled substances on two (2) previous occasions, Wray (57 years of age) was arrested for Violation of Georgia’s Controlled Substance Act, Possession of a Schedule II Substance, Possession of Drug Related Objects and Pills Not in Original Container.
Additional arrests have been made for distributing controlled substances in Baxley – Appling County, GA. They are as follows:
Brandon Horton (24 years of age) was arrested on October 15, 2019 for two (2) counts of Selling Methamphetamine; two (2) counts of Selling Marijuana; one (1) count of Possession of Methamphetamine and one (1) count of Possession of Drug Related Objects. Horton was involved in distributing controlled substances from a location on Jones Street.
Eric Pfau (32 years of age) was arrested on October 17, 2019 for Violation of Georgia Controlled Substance Act – Sale of Methamphetamine from a location off South Main Street
Frank Holcomb Jr (36 years of age) has been arrested (October 17, 2019) for Violation of Georgia Controlled Substance Act – Sale of Methamphetamine from a location off of Thornton Road.
Stacie Sellers (42 years of age) arrested October 15, 2019 for Violation of Georgia Controlled Substance Act – Sale of Methamphetamine. Sellers was distributing controlled substances from a location off Kennedy Road. 
On Friday, October 18, 2019 Robert Jason Revels (41 years of age) was arrested for Violation of Georgia Controlled Substance Act – Sale of Buprenorphine (Subutex). Revels sold Subutex at a location off Georgia Highway 15. 
On Thursday, October 17, 2019 Sheriff Mark Melton and the Appling County Sheriff’s Office completed a two (2) year investigation. Law Enforcement began investigating Charles Fallus Williams (aka Charlie) in 2017. Multiple purchases of controlled substances were made from Williams at locations within Baxley and Appling County. Investigative efforts culminated with the execution of a search warrant at Williams’ residence located at 501 Dunham Lane. As a result of this search, over 16 ounces of Methamphetamine, over two (2) pounds of Marijuana, 22 Hydromorphone Hydrochloride (Dialaudid) and a quantity of United States Currency was recovered. 
Williams (37 years of age) and his girlfriend, Sara Norma Gene Tippins (31 years of age) were arrested for Trafficking in Methamphetamine, Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute; Possession of Hydromorphone Hydrochloride; Possession of Pills Not Original Container and Possession of Drug Related Objects.
