Alma Fire Fatal for 4 Yr old

A fire at a duplex in Alma, Ga claimed the life of a four year old little boy.
The blaze occurred a bit after noon on January 20th in a duplex located at 209 West 19th Street. The home is considered a total loss. Of course, the loss of a home is nothing compared with the tragedy of losing a child as Sierra Alston and Robert Faulk did.   A 3 year old child managed to escape and a 7 year old sibling was not home at the time.

The child’s body is being sent to the Macon County Crime Lab. The State Fire Marshall, Alma Police and Bacon County Sheriffs are investigating the cause. Both are standard procedure in a case such as this.
