ACSS Family,

We certainly miss our students during this time and always want what is best for them during this crisis! We will continue to pray for all of our students, staff, and community! As we continued to think about our students, we have posted resources to our District Facebook Page and our District Webpage – below is a copy of what was posted. Thank you to our Student Services Coordinators for assisting with compiling our list.

Appling County School System Parents,

Please know that we miss our students and are praying for their health daily. What we are facing is unprecedented, and we want to assist our students during this challenging time. There are a list of support services we would like to share. In the event of an emergency, please call 911 and go to the emergency room. The Georgia Crisis Hotline is listed below to assist as well.

For students who may need counseling, we are sharing a list of agency partners. Please feel free to contact any of these as needed or research a new one not on the list. If there are any questions about available counseling services, please email one of our Student Services Coordinators for help (Kandiss.taylor@appling.k12.ga.us or Julie.osborne@appling.k13.ga.us). We are in this together.
