High-speed Chase in Coffee County

Around 2:45 pm yesterday (3-25-2017) A Coffee County Sheriffs Deputy pulled over a car on the Willacoochee Hwy for an unknown reason at this time, after speaking with the person and running his information the deputy found out the person had warrants on him and called for backup.
At this point, the person took off leading officers with the Coffee County Sheriffs Department and Douglas Police department on a High-Speed Chase down county roads and then leading them into the city of Douglas, at this point the driver ran stop signs, going over 90 miles per hour and even running through a church lawn before getting back on Walker St then turning onto side streets and wrecking in a citizen’s yard, the driver then jumped from the car leading officers on a foot chase before being arrested.
