The five Georgia Southern University nursing students killed in a tragic crash on Interstate 16 in April of last year will be memorialized Monday, Jan. 11 at the State Capitol.
The ceremony will be held on the steps of the Capitol's South Wing. Governor Nathan Deal and other state leaders will be in attendance at the ceremony that will begin at 11:30 a.m.
The ceremony will include a candle lighting and the unveiling of memorial gifts.
