Wild Adventures is preparing for it's upcoming 2016 season, but first, they'll need to hire over 300 employees.
On Monday, managers screened potential hires with what they call "FUN-terviews".
"A fun-terview is a time when they come in and speak with us in a non-traditional interview format," says Cara Robertson, HR Manager. "We get to know them a little bit and engage with each other, so we can see how they interact with our guests, once they're employed at Wild Adventures."
Around $6 million is spent each year on labor.
Robertson says Wild Adventures is like a small town and to staff the entire park, it takes over 750 people.
The Park is also gearing up to host two job fairs — February 6th and 13th.
They told us they're looking for a smiling face and great eye contact.
