09-02-16—Answered a call to Gerald Eunice Road in reference to a Burglary. Complainant stated taken from his shop was a Honda Foreman four wheeler valued at $6,000.00. Four wheeler was entered into GCIC records. Investigation continues.
09-03-16—Answered a call to Hatch Parkway South in reference to a Domestic which led to the arrest of Stephanie Leigh Green age 32 of Baxley. Green was charged with Disorderly Conduct.

09-04-16—Answered a call to Landing Road in reference to an Un-responsive Subject. Victim, Sheila Mann Carter age 46 was found unresponsive. Coroner was notified and pronounced victim deceased.
09-04-16—Answered a call to Ten Mile Road in reference to Entering Auto/Theft. Complainant stated two wallets valued at $100.00 were taken from her parked vehicle. Investigation continues.
09-05-16—Answered a call to Tim Crosby Road in reference to a Prowler. Complainant stated he thought he heard someone outside of his residence. Nothing was missing from the property. Outside of residence and surrounding area was checked, no one was located.
09-05-16—Answered a call to Piney Grove Church Road in reference to a Theft. Complainant stated his Lincoln Electric Ranger Welder was stolen. Welder has a Kubota D722 engine. Welder was entered into GCIC records. Investigation continues.
09-05-16—Answered a call to Hatch Parkway North in reference to a Burglary. Complainant stated she found the glass sliding door to the green house open, and a door on the north side of the green house had been broken into. Nothing appeared to be missing at time of report. Investigation continues.
09-05-16—Answered a call to W. River Road in reference to a Theft. Complainant stated someone had entered her residence an took $180.00 from an envelope that was pinned to a bulletin board. Investigation continues, possible suspect was named.
09-05-16—Answered a call to Black Road in reference to a Theft. Complainant stated several firearms had been stolen from her residence. Investigation led to the arrest of Houston Franklin Griffin age 19 of Baxley. Griffin was charged with Theft by Taking and also Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Distribute. One of the four firearms was recovered. Investigation continues.

09-06-16—Answered a call to Satilla Church Road in reference to a Theft. Complainant stated his Milwaukee Porta Band Saw, Power Ace Table Saw, and Lincoln Welder were missing. Investigation led to the items being found at a local pawn shop. Complainant/Owner stated he did not want to press charges on the offender.
09-06-16—Answered a call to Buckhead Road in reference to a Theft. Complainant stated someone had stolen her Samsung cell phone valued at $200.00. Possible suspect was a family member. Investigation continues.

Complainant stated she received a collection agency bill from a company advising she owed over $3000 on a past due account. Complainant stated she has never had an account with this company. Investigation continues.
09-07-16—Answered a call to Scott Drive in reference to a Theft. Complainant stated six batteries were stolen from his shop, valued at approximately $850.00. Investigation continues.
09-08-16—Answered a call to Edgewood Apartments in reference to a Suicidal Subject. Subject stated he had feelings of attempting suicide. Subject had notified Ga. Crisis Prevention, officer waited until family member and Ga. Crisis Prevention arrived.

09-08-16—Complainant came to the Sheriff’s Office to report Harassment. Complainant stated a subject was continuing to ride by her residence, and parking close to her residence appearing to be watching her.
09-08-16—Answered a call to Melvin Lane in reference to a Theft. Complainant stated a known female subject sold his Big Red Zack motor lift that had been left at his rental property without his permission.
09-08-16—Answered a call to County Farm Road in reference to a Burglary. Complainant stated someone entered his residence and stole his 47”Flat screen TV, 30”Sanyo TV, a GP100 Ruger .38 Special Pistol, a .22 pistol, and a standup jewelry box containing various jewelry items. Value of all missing items is approximately $2,500.00. No forced entry was noted. Investigation continues.
