According to police officials, 49-year-old Stacy Tyle Lee has been charged with four counts of fraud.
He was arrested after using a credit card that he found lying on the ground in the Bacon County Hospital’s parking lot.
He made four purchases using the card. Alma police arrested him and he is now being held in the Bacon County Jail pending trial.
