Glynn County Police Arrest 2 for Armed Robbery

On January 17 at 11:35 p.m. an armed robbery was reported on Harry Driggers Blvd. north of Eagle Crest Subdivision towards highway 17. The victim, a 17 year old male, had been conversing with a female on facebook and had agreed to meet with her. The female picked him up at his residence driving a Dodge Durango. The Durango was occupied by two black female juveniles and two black males. Once inside the vehicle, the victim was choked from behind and a gun was pointed at him. He was robbed of personal items.

The Dodge Durango broke down in the area of CB Greer Elementary school and all of the offenders fled on foot. The two female juveniles were apprehended around 2 a.m. walking on Harry Driggers Blvd. The Dodge Durango had been reported stolen out of Waycross. The females will be charged as adults with armed robbery.
