Charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute; possession of marijuana greater than one ounce; possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime; use of a communications facility and possession of drug related objects.
Taylor was stopped by a GB NET investigator for a traffic offense. A search was consequently conducted on the vehicle; which resulted in the discovery of marijuana, a firearm and scales.
