Southeast Georgia Road Work Scheduled March 18-23

JESUP, GA – Georgia Department of Transportation continues to improve highway infrastructure throughout Southeast Georgia. As a result, work on construction and maintenance projects will continue throughout this week. Major projects of interest that will likely impact traffic are listed below.
All work subject to change due to weather or other factors. Motorists are cautioned to reduce their speed while traveling through work zones, pay attention and watch for workers.

US 1/SR 4 Beg. South of big Satilla Creek Bridge & ending North of Trial Rd.

Sidney Lanier Bridge 
Picnic area/Park under the north side of the Sidney Lanier Bridge to be closed for bridge maintenance from March 19^th until April 1^st
The Boat ramp and fishing pier (Associated with this park) will remain open.
