On Tuesday, 10/27/20 at approx. 10:30 pm, the Appling Co. Sheriff’s Office responded to a single-vehicle traffic accident on Poor Robin Road that resulted in a fatality. The vehicle was occupied by three individuals. The deceased occupant was identified as Bobby Wooten, age 46, of Baxley Ga. The other occupants were identified as Patricia Medlin age 41, of Baxley and Marvin Owes, also of Baxley. The Georgia State Patrol is investigating the incident.
