BCSO Conducts Drug Raid

The following is a press release from the Bacon County Sheriff’s Office:
On the morning of 1-6-2022 The Sheriff’s Office, CSU Narcotics Team, CSU Investigators and the Alma Police Department executed a narcotics search warrant at a residence off of GA Highway 64. As a result, Johnathan Kenneth Maldanado (19) of Alma and Laura Ann Maldanado (49) of Alma were arrested. Investigators recovered 30.4 grams of Methamphetamine, 16 illegal pills, and $985 in us currency. Sheriff Batten would like the thank all the men and women of the Sheriff’s Office, Police Department, & Alma/Bacon Criminal Suppression Unit for all their hard work.
