Officials are investigating a fatal single-vehicle wreck on Lanier Bridge, off Lanier Road, in Long County.
According to Georgia State Patrol, 33-year-old Kathleen Dasher of Long County died from her injuries at the scene. According to officials, Dasher's car hit a guard rail and caught on fire. A passerby was able to get the vehicle fire out before crews arrived and tried to render first aid to Dasher.
The crash remains under investigation.
