Basic Tai Chi Classes Coming to Appling County

The Coalition for a Healthy Appling County brings you an opportunity to learn about Tai Chi, an exercise practice that improves balance and mobility, as well as reducing stress and anxiety.
Certified instructors will lead five two-hour workshops on Tai Chi throughout the month of February. You will be introduced to the principles and benefits of Tai Chi and learn basic movements.
