Raise your hand if you’re still logged into an ex’s Netflix account and just praying they don’t change the password so you can keep binge watching! More often then not we share our Netflix account passwords with others, but not anymore.
Three judges from the United States Court of Appeals came to a decision that sharing passwords is a crime prosecutable under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act. This means millions of people who share password for Netflix are basically criminals! WHAT, crazy! All of this came after a court case, that had to do with a man leaving his job, but used a password of another employee to download employee info.
