Blake Tillery Will Not Face Felony Charges for Lethal Accident

According to the Middle Judicial Circuit District Attorney, no felony charges are being filed against State Senator elect Blake Tillery for fatally crashing his car into a cyclist. The case is now being turned over to state court to determine whether any traffic or misdemeanor charges will be filed.
