The Appling County Sheriff’s Office will offer a “Situational Awareness – How Not to become a Victim” class on October 23, 2017. Classes will be conducted by Sheriff Mark Melton at the Appling County Annex Commissioners meeting room from 6pm until 8 pm. This class is designed to help individuals be aware of potential dangers in everyday situations, with emphasis on the upcoming holiday season.
Any citizen who is 16 or older may attend. There is no fee for this class, but registration is required.
