Joseph Frank Jordan has been sentenced to 33 years in prison and 12 years probation for an incident that ocurred in October of 2015.
He lost control of his semi-truck on US 1, causing it to turn over and collide with other vehicles, killing one person and wounding two others.
Jordan had cocaine in his system at the time of the incident.
The sentence was handed down by Superior Court Judge Robert Guy.
